    I experienced a collision with a bicycle

    If you are injured, call 112 immediately. You should also call the police 155, explain where the incident took place and file a report with an officer to make sure that all information is documented.

    For insurance coverage purposes, you must also not hesitate to call the Customer Service at +90 (548) 835 37 73 and speaking with a representative. We will provide you with a Crash Report to fill out.
    The bike remains your responsibility until it is locked in a dock or handed over to a Velespeed representative. If you are not able to dock your bike, please call us.

    Report a bike incident with a vehicle

    If you are injured, call 112 immediately. You should also call the police 155, explain where the collision took place and file a report with an officer to make sure that all important information is documented. If you can, take pictures of the incident and of the damage. Take contact details of the driver of the vehicle for your further report to the Velespeed.

    Within 24 hours of the incident, you must notify the Customer Service at +90 (548) 835 37 73. We will provide you with an Incident Report to fill out and we will do our best to get the compensation of the incident from the insurance. Any unreported incident will be uneligible and may result of a charge to your registered credit card.
    The bike remains your responsibility until it is locked in a dock or handed over to a Velespeed representative. If you are not able to dock your bike, please call us +90 (548) 835 37 73.

    I found a lost item, or lost an item at a station

    To report a lost or found item, please call us at the call center at +90 (548) 835 37 73.

    Please note, Velespeed members are responsible for all personal belongings during rides/trips. Neither Velespeed nor Public Bicycle Sharing Cyprus Ltd maintain any responsibility for compensation/replacement of lost/missing customer items.

    My membership card was lost or stolen

    If you lost your membership card, no worries! Fill out this form and we'll get a new membership card shipped to you right away; membership card takes typically 1 business day to arrive  (in North Cyprus only).

    Replacement of the membership card is 8 USD.
    If you lost your membership card and you suspect someone may have access to it, please give us a call at +90 (548) 835 37 73 as soon as possible so that we can cancel your lost membership card and get a new one sent out to you. This will ensure that no one can check out a bike using your lost card.

    My bike is missing or was stolen

    If you lose your Velespeed bike or it gets stolen, please call Customer Service immediately at +90 (548) 835 37 73. You must do this within 24 hours. We will provide you with a Theft Report form to fill out. Please also call the police 155, tell the incident at within 24 hours and send a police report to helpdesk@velespeed.net.

    Your credit card may be charged for the cost of recovery or replacement of the bike, up to $ 1200.

    I was charged a stolen bike fee

    Bikes that are missing for longer than 30 days result in a 1200 USD fee charged to the person that took out the bike.
