Keeping your account safe
In order to keep your account safe, and prevent unwarranted charges from usage fees or a stolen bike, make sure to keep your login information private.
If your bike key or credit card associated with the account are stolen or missing, immediately call customer service to deactivate your key. Remember not to share your key with others as it is a violation of the user agreement and your account can be suspended.If you suspect your login in credentials have been compromised, it is important to change your password as soon as possible. Login to your account, and select "I forgot my password" and you will receive an email to change your password. -
Changing your billing address
To update your billing address, first log in to your Velespeed account. Select "Billing information" and the click "update".

Updating your credit card
Velespeed requires that you have an active credit card on file, in case any fees are incurred. If you need to update your credit card information, log in to your Velespeed account.
Select "Billing information" and then "Modify" to update your credit information. -
Resetting your password
In order to reset the password on your Velespeed account, navigate to www.velespeed.net.
In the top right corner of the page, click "Login". The pop-up window will appear. Select "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address associated with your Velespeed account and press "Submit"If you're having problems resetting your password, please contact us.

Toggle auto-renew
Toggling your auto-renew settings is easy! Simply log into your account, click on “Manage auto-renew options” and turn off auto-renew.
